Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Outside office hours
To report emergency repairs OUTSIDE office hours, telephone 0330 123 3342
Service available after 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, at weekends and bank holidays.
Reporting the details of your repair
When reporting your repair please provide the following information:
- Your name, address and a telephone number.
- Description and location of repairs. Please give as much detail as you can.
- Access details to your home must be mornings or afternoons to allow our contractors a reasonable and practical time frame to do the work.
- Some repairs may require a visit by a Property Services Officer. If this is necessary, an appointment will be made within 5 working days of your initial report.
If our contractor calls to your home during the period you have given for access but finds no one in, they will leave a ‘No Access’ card to say they have called.
They will revisit a second time. If no-one is in they will again leave a ‘No Access’ card, however the repair will not be carried out until you phone the Property Services Department and re-arrange a suitable time when you will be at home.
Out of hours
An emergency repair service is available outside office hours. If an emergency arises, you should telephone Fold Careline Ltd on Freephone 0330 123 3342. This service is for emergency repairs only.
If you call out a contractor unnecessarily you may be charged for the call out.
