You are responsible for payments reaching Apex on time. The rental period is weekly and begins on Monday of each week. You can pay weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly in advance and upon arrangement with your housing officer.
You will receive a rent statement four times a year, however if you wish to receive a statement between these times please contact your housing officer who will arrange to have this sent to you.
Online with Allpay
You can pay your rent directly online using your Allpay swipe card, Direct Debit or Credit Card via Allpay. Online payments are secure, quick and easy and provide you with the ability to pay your rent at any time.
All Payment Methods
Tenants are encouraged to pay their rent and other charges by direct debit or
swipe card; however, other payment methods will also be accepted.
Payment methods include:
- direct debit;
- allpay swipe card;
- debit or credit card; and
- cash/cheque.
Payment by Direct Debit
Direct debit is the preferred method for paying your rent. It provides you with a convenient, secure and reliable way to ensure that payments are made regularly. By signing up for a direct debit, you are giving your bank permission to allow payments to be debited from your account and transferred to Apex.
When your direct debit has been set up, you will receive written notification of how much the payment will be and the date on which payments will commence. You may be charged an initial direct debit set-up fee by your bank or building society. All other costs associated with collecting payments will be met by Apex.
The amount collected from your bank account will automatically change if there is an increase or decrease in your rent or charges. Apex will inform you of any amendments to your rent or charges before the new amount is collected.
